These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Daily Sums. By tapping Accept, purchasing, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Publisher And App Brand
Daily Sums is currently owned and operated by MGSound LLC under the MGS Labs app brand. The app-facing website is mgslabs.app and support is available at support@mgslabs.app.
2. What Daily Sums Does
Daily Sums is an everyday calculator utility. It provides a built-in calculator and tools for common calculations such as tips, discounts, unit prices, percentages, loans, savings, budgets, markup, fuel, travel, and similar practical math.
3. Calculations Are Estimates
The app is designed to help with convenience math. Results may be rounded, formatted, or based on values you enter. You are responsible for checking any result before relying on it. Daily Sums is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, engineering, or professional advice.
4. Money Symbols Are Display Labels Only
Daily Sums may let you choose a money symbol, such as $, €, £, ¥, or ₹, so amounts feel familiar in the interface. This is only a visual formatting preference. Daily Sums does not convert currencies, does not look up exchange rates, does not identify legal tender, and does not change the value of any number you enter. A result shown with one symbol is the same calculation as the same result shown with another symbol.
5. No Guarantee Of Results
We work to make Daily Sums accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that every calculation, output, saved preference, or app feature will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular situation.
6. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the numbers you enter, the decisions you make from the results, and any real-world transactions or choices that follow. For important money, loan, tax, business, medical, legal, or safety decisions, verify independently and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
7. Purchases And Refunds
Daily Sums is planned as a paid app. Actual prices, taxes, currency shown by the store, regional pricing, refunds, and download access are handled by the app store where you obtained Daily Sums. Store rules and account settings may apply.
8. Privacy And Local Data
Daily Sums is designed as an on-device utility. It does not require an account. It stores preferences and recent calculation history locally on your device. If a future version adds online features, analytics, crash reporting, ads, sync, accounts, or any data transfer, the privacy disclosures must be updated before those features are released.
9. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
Daily Sums, its name, logo, interface, graphics, text, and app assets are owned by the app publisher or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app as allowed by these terms and the app store rules.
11. Updates And Changes
We may update the app to add, remove, or change features, fix issues, update compatibility, or improve the product. We may also update these terms. If the terms materially change, the app may ask you to review and accept the new version.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on calculations, app availability, data loss, device issues, or store/account problems.
